Meet Father Greg McBrayer

Our faith and obedience to God is to be evident in all areas of or lives, not just the designated parts which we have labeled "private" and "sacred". What ever we do, we do all things to the Glory of God! As Paul says in 2 Corinthians 5:20, we are ambassadors of Christ, and God is making his appeal through us where ever he places each of us! By the time you retire you will have spent an estimated 90 thousand hours of your life in your workplace, compared to only 5 thousand hours in your church. That being said, where do you have the most opportunity to serve and glorify God? Workplace ministry is about God declaring His glory through us in our jobs as we live out our mission to serve and glorify Him where He places us.
As A.W. Tozer once said  "Let every man abide in the calling wherein he is called and his work will be as sacred as the work of the ministry.
It is not what a man does that determines whether his work is sacred or secular, it is why he does it" let us do all things to the glory of God!
